- Conduct regular audits and assessments of IT systems and processes to identify compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.

- Develop and maintain documentation and records related to IT compliance efforts.
- Monitor and report on compliance metrics and KPIs to relevant stakeholders.
- Work with external auditors and regulatory agencies to facilitate compliance audits and inquiries.
- Identify and address potential compliance issues and risks proactively.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
- Train and mentor other team members on IT compliance practices and procedures.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees on IT compliance.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information related to compliance efforts.
- Collaborate with IT security and risk management teams to ensure a holistic approach to compliance.
- Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of IT compliance programs.
Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
3-5 Years Of Experience In It Compliance, Preferably In Higher Education Or A Large Organization.
Knowledge Of Relevant Compliance Laws And Regulations Such As Hipaa, Ferpa, And Gdpr.
Experience Conducting Compliance Audits And Developing Remediation Plans.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Departments.
