- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of facility maintenance, repairs, and expenses.
- Manage and allocate resources, such as budget and staff, to effectively maintain housing facilities.

- Act as a liaison between students and university administration, addressing any housing-related concerns or complaints.
- Participate in the hiring, training, and supervision of housing facility staff.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure competitive pricing and quality services.
- Conduct regular evaluations of housing services and make recommendations for improvements.
- Adhere to all university policies and procedures, as well as local and state regulations, related to housing facilities.
- Represent the university in a professional manner and uphold the values and mission of Carnegie Mellon University.
- Continuously strive to provide excellent customer service to students and promote a positive living experience on campus.
Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Facility Management, Preferably In A University Or Large Residential Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Codes And Regulations, As Well As Experience With Maintenance And Repair Procedures.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Diverse Range Of Stakeholders.
Proficient In Computer Programs Such As Microsoft Office And Experience With Facility Management Software.
