- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement disaster recovery plans for critical documents.
- Assist in document audits and ensure compliance with university policies and procedures.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status of document management activities.
Bachelor's Degree In Library Science, Information Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Document Management, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.
Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills.
Knowledge Of Document Management Software And Systems, Such As Sharepoint Or Documentum.
Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Various Departments And Stakeholders Within The University.
