Develop a data service program and establish an overall framework and processes for the creation and maintenance of standard definitions, metadata, and data management and sharing practices. Develop and ensure the successful completion of schedules, timelines, planning, and documentation. Ensure continuous improvement, maintaining current knowledge of partner needs, challenges, and opportunities, and also staying ahead of meaningful industry and technology advances.
