- Collaborate with various departments and student organizations to coordinate and promote events and activities.

- Collaborate with other university departments to ensure seamless integration of student programs with academic and co-curricular activities.
- Adhere to all university policies and procedures related to student programs and engagement.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of program attendance, feedback, and budget expenditures.
- Contribute to the overall mission and goals of the university through your work as Associate Director of Student Programs and Engagement.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Student Affairs Or Related Field, With A Focus On Program Development And Student Engagement.
Master's Degree In Higher Education, Student Affairs, Or A Related Field.
Demonstrated Experience In Supervising And Mentoring Student Staff And Coordinating Large-Scale Events And Initiatives.
Strong Knowledge Of Student Development Theory And Experience Implementing Diversity, Equity, And Inclusion Initiatives.
Excellent Communication, Collaboration, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Groups Of Students, Faculty, And Staff.
