  3. Utilize automotive knowledge and expertise to identify and document any mechanical, electrical, or cosmetic problems with vehicles.
  4. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure all necessary repairs and maintenance are completed before vehicles are put up for sale.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including properly documenting all vehicle assessments and maintaining accurate records.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from customers regarding the condition of vehicles.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in vehicle technology to ensure accurate evaluations.
  8. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and service, to ensure efficient and timely processing of vehicles.
  9. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing vehicle assessments.
  10. Continuously strive to improve and streamline the vehicle assessment process to increase efficiency and accuracy.
