  1. Manage Inventory: The Supply Associate will be responsible for managing and organizing the inventory of used cars at CarMax. This includes monitoring stock levels, conducting inventory counts, and ordering new vehicles as needed.
  2. Stock and Prepare Vehicles: The Supply Associate will be responsible for ensuring all vehicles are clean, serviced, and ready for sale. This includes cleaning and detailing vehicles, performing basic maintenance tasks, and coordinating with other departments to prepare vehicles for sale.
  3. Collaborate with Sales Team: The Supply Associate will work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and ensure the inventory meets customer demand. This includes communicating any inventory updates or issues to the sales team and assisting with vehicle selection for customers.
