  • Manage and maintain CarMax's social media presence on various platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms that align with CarMax's brand and marketing strategies
  • Monitor social media trends and provide recommendations to optimize CarMax's social media strategy
  • Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns
  • Engage with followers and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyze and report on social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date on industry news and social media best practices to continuously enhance CarMax's social media presence
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews and manage online reputation
  • Work with external agencies and vendors to coordinate social media partnerships and collaborations
  • Stay informed on the latest social media tools and features to implement into CarMax's social media strategy.
