  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all CarMax customers, both in person and over the phone.
  2. Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have regarding their vehicle.
  3. Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  5. Act as a liaison between the customer and the service department to ensure timely and efficient service.

  7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  8. Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers.
