- Act as the primary point of contact for any Workday-related issues or inquiries from team members.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and implement system enhancements and updates.

- Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures to ensure Workday is aligned with them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new HR initiatives within Workday.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and keep abreast of industry best practices for Workday.
- Participate in testing and implementation of system upgrades and enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
- Mentor and provide guidance to other members of the Workday team.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Workday Hcm Modules, Including Core Hr, Benefits, Compensation, And Talent Management.
Extensive Knowledge Of Workday Integrations And Report Writing, Including Eib And Calculated Fields.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Issues And Provide Solutions.
Proven Experience Leading Workday Implementations And Upgrades, As Well As Managing System Configuration And Security.
