- Lead and manage a team of associate relations specialists to ensure consistent and effective support for all employees.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of policies and procedures related to associate relations, ensuring compliance with company values and legal requirements.
- Serve as a resource and advisor to management and associates on all employee-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and career development.
- Conduct investigations and provide guidance on complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees.

- Develop and deliver training programs to educate managers and associates on company policies, procedures, and best practices.

Extensive Experience In Human Resources And Employee Relations: A Senior Manager, Associate Relations At Carmax Should Have A Strong Background In Human Resources And A Deep Understanding Of Employee Relations Practices. This Includes Experience In Managing Employee Grievances, Conducting Investigations, And Resolving Conflicts Effectively.
