  1. Greet and welcome customers to CarMax in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Listen to customers' needs and requirements to understand their preferences.
  3. Provide detailed information about vehicles, features, and pricing to help customers make informed decisions.
  4. Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to customers.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure a positive buying experience.
  6. Utilize persuasive selling techniques to encourage customers to make a purchase.
  7. Meet and exceed sales goals set by the company.
  8. Stay up-to-date on current market trends and product knowledge to effectively sell vehicles.
  9. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  10. Process vehicle sales paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  11. Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  12. Maintain a neat and organized work space and showroom at all times.
  13. Continuously strive to improve sales skills and techniques through training and development opportunities.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and customer privacy.
  15. Represent CarMax in a professional and positive manner at all times.
