  1. Oversee the processing of all incoming and outgoing parcels and mail for the company.
  2. Develop and implement efficient procedures and systems for handling parcels and mail.
  3. Manage and lead a team of mailroom staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
  4. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of shipping and mailing supplies.
  5. Ensure timely delivery of important documents and packages to internal departments and external clients.
  6. Resolve any issues or delays in the delivery of parcels and mail.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with shipping and delivery vendors.
  8. Create and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing parcels and mail.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper handling and distribution of sensitive or confidential materials.
  10. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of mailroom equipment.
  11. Continuously review and improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  12. Maintain a high level of customer service by promptly addressing any concerns or inquiries related to parcel and mail operations.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to parcel and mail operations.
  14. Prepare and present reports on mailroom operations to upper management.
  15. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in parcel and mail operations to improve processes and stay competitive.
