  1. Oversee Daily Operations: Manage and oversee the day-to-day functions of the dealership, including sales, customer service, finance, and inventory management.
  2. Ensure Excellent Customer Service: Ensure that every customer receives a stress-free and transparent car buying experience by setting and maintaining high standards for customer service.
  3. Drive Sales: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet sales targets. Monitor sales performance and provide guidance and support to the sales team to drive results.
  4. Manage Team: Lead, train, and motivate a team of employees to provide exceptional service to customers and achieve business goals. Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address any issues that may arise.
  5. Maintain Inventory: Work closely with the sales team to manage and maintain inventory levels. Monitor sales trends and adjust inventory levels accordingly to meet customer demand.
  6. Monitor Financial Performance: Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales figures, expenses, and profits. Make data-driven decisions to improve business operations.
  7. Ensure Compliance: Ensure that the dealership is operating in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  8. Develop Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other business partners to enhance the dealership's reputation and drive sales.
  9. Uphold Company Values: Promote and uphold the company's values, including transparency, honesty, and customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Management Role, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers And Employees.
