  1. Maintain accurate inventory records: The Inventory Associate will be responsible for accurately documenting and tracking all vehicles and parts in our inventory system.
  2. Perform inventory audits: The Inventory Associate will conduct regular audits to ensure that all vehicles and parts are accounted for and in the correct location.
  3. Identify and resolve discrepancies: In the event of any discrepancies or errors, the Inventory Associate will work to identify the root cause and take necessary actions to resolve them.
  4. Organize and maintain inventory storage areas: The Inventory Associate will be responsible for keeping all inventory storage areas clean, organized, and easily accessible.
  5. Assist with inventory deliveries: The Inventory Associate will help receive and unload inventory deliveries, ensuring that all items are accounted for and in good condition.
  6. Collaborate with team members: The Inventory Associate will work closely with other team members to ensure efficient inventory management and problem-solve any issues that may arise.
  7. Maintain a safe work environment: The Inventory Associate will adhere to all safety protocols and procedures when handling and storing inventory items.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service: The Inventory Associate will interact with customers and assist them in locating specific inventory items, providing excellent customer service at all times.
  9. Monitor inventory levels: The Inventory Associate will keep track of inventory levels and notify management when stock is running low or when additional inventory is needed.
  10. Continuously improve inventory processes: The Inventory Associate will actively seek ways to improve inventory management processes and suggest ideas for increasing efficiency and accuracy.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent - A Basic Educational Qualification Is Required For This Position To Ensure The Candidate Has The Necessary Reading, Writing, And Mathematical Skills.

  • Experience In Inventory Management - Previous Experience In Inventory Management, Preferably In A Retail Or Automotive Setting, Is Preferred For This Role. This Includes Knowledge Of Inventory Control Systems And Processes.

  • Attention To Detail - As An Inventory Associate, Attention To Detail Is Crucial To Ensure Accurate And Precise Inventory Counts And Records. The Candidate Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Spot Any Discrepancies.

  • Physical Stamina - This Role Involves Standing, Walking, And Bending For Extended Periods, As Well As Lifting And Moving Heavy Objects. The Candidate Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Perform These Tasks Without Difficulty.

  • Team Player - As Part Of The Inventory Team, The Candidate Should Be Able To Work Well With Others And Contribute To A Positive And Collaborative Work Environment. This Includes Effective Communication Skills And The Ability To Take Direction From Supervisors.
