- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for all vehicles on the lot.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Inspect incoming vehicles for damage and document any issues.
- Assist with the preparation and staging of vehicles for display and sale.
- Ensure all vehicles are properly labeled and priced.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure timely and efficient movement of vehicles.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing any inventory-related inquiries or concerns.
- Follow company policies and procedures for handling and storing inventory.
- Identify and report any inventory or equipment issues to management.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with other duties as needed, such as vehicle transportation or lot maintenance.
