- Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure accuracy of all vehicle information in database
- Collaborate with team members to maintain organization and cleanliness of inventory lot
- Utilize company software and systems to track and update inventory levels and vehicle locations
- Perform vehicle inspections, including checking for damages and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
- Communicate effectively with other departments and team members to resolve any inventory discrepancies or issues

Knowledge Of Inventory Management Systems: A Successful Inventory Associate At Carmax Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Inventory Management Software And Systems To Accurately Track And Manage Inventory Levels.
Attention To Detail: This Role Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail To Ensure Accurate Inventory Counts And Proper Placement Of Vehicles On The Lot.
