As a Flow Inventory Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our inventory is accurately tracked and efficiently processed.   1. Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records of vehicles in the dealership.
  2. Receive new inventory and verify accuracy of information such as VIN, make, model, and mileage.
  3. Conduct regular physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy of inventory records.
  4. Communicate any discrepancies or issues with inventory to management.
  5. Work closely with sales and service departments to ensure timely processing of vehicles.
  6. Safely and efficiently move vehicles within the dealership lot.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area to enhance efficiency and safety.
  8. Ensure proper documentation and storage of vehicle keys.
  9. Assist with the preparation and organization of vehicles for display and sale.
  10. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  11. Collaborate with other team members to complete tasks and meet deadlines.
  12. Continuously strive to improve inventory processes and make suggestions for improvement.
  13. Provide excellent customer service to all customers who visit the dealership.
  14. Stay up-to-date with inventory management software and processes.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall functioning of the dealership.
