  2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive buying experience and promote customer loyalty.
  4. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the automotive industry and CarMax's products and services to effectively assist customers in their car buying process.
  5. Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs by providing detailed information and conducting test drives.
  6. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and efficient manner, escalating to management when necessary.
  7. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using designated systems and processes.
  8. Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
  9. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and customer service best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
