  3. Assist customers with their inquiries, including but not limited to product information, pricing, and availability.
  4. Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using company systems and procedures.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the customer experience.
  6. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to promote customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  7. Proactively identify and resolve any customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  9. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  10. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.
  11. Complete administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry, accurately and in a timely manner.
  12. Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times, representing the company in a positive light.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to safety and security protocols.
  14. Flexibly adapt to changing priorities and demands in a fast-paced environment.
  15. Attend training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge.
  16. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
