  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Answer phone calls and emails promptly and provide accurate information to customers.
  3. Assist customers with finding their desired vehicle and provide them with detailed information about features and options.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure a positive car-buying experience.
  5. Listen to and understand customer needs and concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.
  6. Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and technology to customers.
  7. Process paperwork accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documents are completed.
  8. Coordinate with sales and financing teams to ensure a smooth and seamless buying process for customers.
  9. Follow up with customers after their purchase to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work area to provide a welcoming and professional environment for customers.
  11. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed assistance to customers.
  12. Continuously strive to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
  13. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and positive work environment.
  14. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  15. Uphold company values and represent the brand in a positive and professional manner at all times.

This Requires Strong Problem-Solving Skills, The Ability To Remain Calm Under Pressure, And A Proactive Approach To Resolving Customer Problems.
