- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the company.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Act as a liaison between customers and other departments to resolve issues and provide solutions.
- Monitor and track customer feedback and reviews, and take appropriate action to address any negative experiences.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and make recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the car buying process.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records and update customer profiles as needed.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs were met and their concerns were resolved.
- Keep up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to effectively communicate information to customers.
- Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and provide exceptional service at all times.
Excellent Communication Skills: A Customer Relations Coordinator At Carmax Must Have Exceptional Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers, Colleagues, And Management.
Strong Problem-Solving Abilities: This Role Requires The Ability To Handle And Resolve Customer Complaints, Inquiries, And Issues In A Timely And Efficient Manner. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Think Critically And Offer Creative Solutions To Satisfy The Needs Of Customers.
Customer Service Experience: Previous Experience In A Customer-Facing Role Is Highly Desirable For A Customer Relations Coordinator At Carmax. This Could Include Experience In Retail, Hospitality, Or Other Customer Service-Oriented Industries.
Attention To Detail: In Order To Maintain High Levels Of Customer Satisfaction, A Customer Relations Coordinator Must Have Strong Attention To Detail. This Includes Accurately Recording Customer Information, Documenting Interactions, And Following Up On Customer Concerns.
