  1. Provide exceptional customer service to CarMax customers by greeting them, answering questions, and assisting with any needs or concerns.
  2. Ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the business office by managing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization.
  3. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and credit card processing.
  4. Maintain and update customer records and files in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  6. Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely completion of paperwork and documentation for vehicle purchases.
  8. Manage inventory and supplies for the business office, ordering and restocking as needed.
  9. Stay updated on company policies and procedures, as well as industry trends and regulations, to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to customers.
  10. Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment by actively participating in team meetings and offering support to colleagues when needed.
