  1. Process Financial Documents: Responsible for accurately processing all financial documents, including sales contracts, loan agreements, and other related paperwork.
  2. Assist Customers: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and providing support to customers during the car buying process.
  3. Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of all financial transactions and ensure they are organized and easily accessible for future reference.
  4. Coordinate with Lenders: Communicate and collaborate with lenders to ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications.
  5. Handle Payments: Receive and process payments from customers, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
  6. Ensure Compliance: Ensure all financial and administrative tasks are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures and legal requirements.
  7. Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the financial or administrative process.
  8. Communicate with Team Members: Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient car buying experience for customers.
  9. Provide Training: Train and mentor new team members on financial processes and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  10. Support Business Office Manager: Assist the Business Office Manager with any additional tasks or projects as needed.

  • Proficient In Office Software: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding And Experience With Office Software Such As Microsoft Office, Google Suite, And Other Relevant Programs.
