  3. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any potential problems or safety concerns.
  4. Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates on the status of their vehicle and recommendations for necessary repairs.
  5. Keep accurate records of all work performed, including parts used and labor hours.
