High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Requirement For An Automotive Technician At Carmax Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Demonstrates A Basic Level Of Education And Knowledge Necessary For The Job.
Automotive Technical Training: Candidates Should Have Completed An Accredited Automotive Technical Training Program, Such As Those Offered At Community Colleges Or Vocational Schools. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Received Proper Training And Has The Necessary Skills To Perform The Job.
Ase Certification: Carmax Prefers Applicants Who Hold Automotive Service Excellence (Ase) Certification. This Certification Demonstrates A High Level Of Expertise And Knowledge In Automotive Repair And Maintenance.
