  1. Perform thorough and meticulous cleaning of both exterior and interior of vehicles to ensure they meet CarMax standards.
  2. Use industry-leading products and techniques to effectively clean and detail vehicles, including but not limited to washing, waxing, and vacuuming.
  3. Inspect vehicles for any damages or imperfections and report them to the appropriate department.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper storage and disposal of cleaning products.
  5. Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet daily and weekly goals.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure all vehicles are ready for customer delivery in a timely manner.
  7. Communicate effectively with customers, providing a positive and professional experience.
  8. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe and hazard-free work environment.
  9. Continuously strive to improve and maintain knowledge of industry techniques and products.
  10. Perform routine maintenance on cleaning equipment and report any issues to management.
  11. Assist in other duties as assigned by management, including but not limited to lot organization and inventory management.

Job Qualifications

  • Previous Experience In Automotive Detailing: Ideally, Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In Automotive Detailing, Either In A Professional Setting Or As A Hobby. A Successful Automotive Detailer Should Have A High Level Of Attention To Detail To Ensure That Every Vehicle Is Cleaned And Restored To The Highest Standards.

  • Physical Fitness And Stamina: This Job Can Be Physically Demanding, Requiring Candidates To Be On Their Feet For Long Periods, Bend, Kneel, And Lift Heavy Objects. Physical Fitness And Stamina Are Essential For Performing The Job Effectively And Efficiently.
