- Facilitate trade execution by accurately and efficiently processing contracts and coordinating with various stakeholders including traders, customers, and suppliers.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of contracts by closely monitoring and tracking contract deadlines and milestones.
- Maintain and update contract information and documentation in various systems and databases.
- Communicate with internal and external parties to resolve any contract-related issues and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with traders and other team members to ensure smooth execution of trades and mitigate any potential risks.
- Monitor market conditions and communicate any changes or updates to relevant parties.
- Conduct periodic reviews and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with the development and implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and requests from stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to commodity trading and incorporate them into daily responsibilities.
Relevant Education And Experience: A Trade Execution Contract Desk Coordinator At Cargill Should Have A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Finance, Economics, Or Business Administration. Additionally, Previous Experience In Trade Execution, Contract Management, Or Supply Chain Management Is Preferred.
Knowledge Of Trade Execution Processes: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Trade Execution Processes, Including Contract Negotiation, Risk Management, Logistics, And Documentation. They Should Also Be Familiar With Industry Regulations And Compliance Standards.
