  1. Manage the financial reporting and accounting processes for Cargill's trade and capital markets businesses.
  2. Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and preparation of financial statements.
  3. Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards.
  4. Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and ensure alignment with business strategies.
  6. Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards.
  7. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations to ensure compliance.
  9. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory agencies.
  10. Train and mentor junior team members to support their professional development.
  11. Communicate financial results and analysis to leadership and provide recommendations for business improvement.
  12. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the management team.

Job Qualifications
