- Provide technical support and expertise to customers in the Western US region.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to our products and services.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams, including sales and product development, to ensure customer needs are met.
- Conduct product trainings and demonstrations for customers to increase their knowledge and usage of our products.
- Continuously monitor and analyze customer feedback and product performance to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and provide timely and detailed reports to management.
- Stay informed of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform product and service enhancements.
- Represent Cargill at industry events and conferences to promote our products and services.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and ethical standards.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In A Technical Field Such As Engineering, Computer Science, Or Related Discipline.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Technical Service Or Support Roles Within The Food Or Agriculture Industry.
Strong Technical Aptitude And Knowledge Of Processing Equipment, Systems, And Software Used In Food Manufacturing.
Willingness To Travel Extensively Within The Western Us Region, Often On Short Notice, To Provide Technical Support And Troubleshoot Issues At Customer Sites.
