- Develop and implement sustainable sourcing and traceability strategies for the company's supply chain.
- Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure responsible sourcing practices are being followed.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of suppliers to ensure compliance with sustainability standards.
- Identify and address any potential risks or issues in the supply chain related to sustainability.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sustainable sourcing and traceability.
- Lead the development and implementation of traceability systems and processes.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to sustainability and traceability.
- Educate and train employees and suppliers on sustainable sourcing practices and the importance of traceability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in the supply chain.
- Represent the company in external sustainability initiatives and partnerships.
- Communicate and promote the company's sustainability efforts to stakeholders and customers.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to sustainability and traceability.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to other teams and departments on sustainable sourcing and traceability.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to sustainable sourcing and traceability.
- Foster a culture of sustainability and social responsibility within the company.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, Or Environmental Science.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, With A Focus On Sustainable Sourcing And Traceability.
Strong Understanding Of Sustainability Practices And Regulations, Specifically Related To Supply Chain Management And Traceability.
Experience Working With Suppliers And External Stakeholders To Implement And Monitor Sustainable Sourcing Programs.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Results.
