1. Oversee warehouse operations to ensure timely and efficient handling of goods.
2. Lead a team of warehouse employees and provide guidance and direction to achieve daily targets.
3. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement team to ensure adequate stock levels.
4. Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse processes and increase productivity.
5. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
6. Train and mentor new warehouse employees on company policies and procedures.
7. Communicate with other departments to coordinate warehouse activities and resolve any issues.
8. Collaborate with transportation team to schedule and coordinate outbound shipments.
9. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and other warehouse activities.
10. Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve overall efficiency and reduce expenses.
11. Prepare reports on warehouse performance and present findings to management.
12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to suggest improvements for warehouse operations.
13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and employee engagement.
14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and ethical standards.
15. Continuously assess and improve warehouse processes to meet customer demands and exceed expectations.
