  1. Develop and implement data management and governance strategies to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of company data.
  2. Serve as a subject matter expert for data management and governance best practices, staying up-to-date on industry trends and advancements.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess data needs and requirements, and develop processes to streamline data collection, storage, and analysis.
  4. Lead the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  5. Conduct regular audits and assessments of data management processes to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement efforts.
  6. Train and educate team members on data management and governance principles and practices, ensuring a strong understanding and adherence to company policies.
  7. Monitor and maintain data quality standards, identifying and resolving data discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.
  8. Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain data architecture and systems to support data management and governance.
  9. Work closely with leadership to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  10. Stay current on emerging data management and governance technologies and make recommendations for their adoption to improve data processes and efficiency.

  • Extensive Experience In Data Management And Governance: A Sr. Consultant At Cargill Must Have A Strong Background In Data Management And Governance Processes, Tools, And Techniques. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of Data Architecture, Data Quality, Data Security, And Data Governance Best Practices.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Sr. Consultant, This Role Requires The Ability To Analyze Complex Data Sets And Identify Data Management And Governance Issues. The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Developing Effective Solutions To Address These Challenges.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Role Involves Working Closely With Various Stakeholders, Including Business Leaders, It Teams, And External Partners. The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Convey Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Project Management Experience: A Sr. Consultant At Cargill Should Have Experience Managing Data Management And Governance Projects. This Includes Creating Project Plans, Tracking Progress, And Ensuring Timely Delivery Of Project Milestones.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Compliance: Cargill Operates In A Highly Regulated Industry, And A Sr. Consultant Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Relevant Data Privacy And Security Regulations, Such As Gdpr And Ccpa. The Candidate Should Also Have Experience Implementing Compliance Programs And Ensuring Data Governance Practices Align With Regulatory Requirements.
