- Conduct comprehensive audits of financial operations to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Evaluate and test internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Conduct special projects and investigations as assigned by management.
- Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Travel to various Cargill locations to conduct audits as needed.
- Participate in departmental and company-wide initiatives to support the overall goals and objectives of Cargill.
- Proactively identify and report potential fraudulent activities or non-compliance with company policies.
Strong Audit Experience: A Sr. Auditor At Cargill Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Conducting Internal Audits, Preferably In A Corporate Setting. This Experience Should Include Planning And Executing Audits, Identifying And Assessing Risks, And Making Recommendations For Improvement.
Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations: The Candidate Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Industry Standards And Regulations, Including Gaap, Sox, And Other Relevant Laws And Regulations. This Knowledge Is Necessary To Ensure Compliance And Identify Potential Areas Of Risk.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: A Sr. Auditor Should Have Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate Audit Findings And Recommendations To Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Management. They Should Also Be Able To Build Relationships And Work Collaboratively With Different Teams Across The Organization.
Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify Potential Risks And Control Deficiencies, And Develop Effective Solutions To Address Them. They Should Also Have A Strong Attention To Detail And The Ability To Think Critically And Objectively.
Leadership And Project Management Abilities: As A Senior Member Of The Audit Team, The Candidate Should Have Demonstrated Leadership Abilities, Including The Ability To Lead Audit Projects, Manage Teams, And Provide Guidance And Mentorship To Junior Auditors.
