- Develop and implement mechanical integrity programs to ensure safe and reliable operation of our facilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks to mechanical equipment.
- Create and maintain inspection and maintenance procedures for all mechanical equipment.
- Provide technical expertise and support for mechanical equipment, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry codes and standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor the condition and performance of mechanical equipment.
- Lead and oversee the execution of maintenance and repair projects for mechanical equipment.
- Develop and manage budgets for mechanical integrity programs and projects.
- Stay current with industry developments and advancements in mechanical integrity practices.
- Train and mentor junior engineers in the area of mechanical integrity.
- Communicate regularly with management and stakeholders to provide updates on the status of mechanical integrity programs and projects.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and promote a culture of safety within the organization.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective solutions for mechanical integrity needs.
- Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize mechanical equipment performance.
- Represent the company in professional organizations and industry conferences to stay informed about best practices and emerging trends.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Mechanical Integrity And Reliability Engineering In A Process Industry
Knowledge Of Relevant Codes And Standards Such As Api, Asme, And Ansi
Experience With Risk-Based Inspection (Rbi) Methodologies And Asset Management Systems
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Lead Projects
