We are currently seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Mechanical Integrity Engineer to join our team.As the Senior Mechanical Integrity Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our facilities by leading and implementing mechanical integrity programs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks, develop and maintain inspection and maintenance procedures, and provide technical expertise and support for mechanical equipment.To excel in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical integrity, preferably in a food or chemical manufacturing environment.   1. Develop and implement mechanical integrity programs to ensure safe and reliable operation of our facilities.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks to mechanical equipment.
  3. Create and maintain inspection and maintenance procedures for all mechanical equipment.
  4. Provide technical expertise and support for mechanical equipment, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry codes and standards.
  6. Conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor the condition and performance of mechanical equipment.
  7. Lead and oversee the execution of maintenance and repair projects for mechanical equipment.
  8. Develop and manage budgets for mechanical integrity programs and projects.
  9. Stay current with industry developments and advancements in mechanical integrity practices.
  10. Train and mentor junior engineers in the area of mechanical integrity.
  11. Communicate regularly with management and stakeholders to provide updates on the status of mechanical integrity programs and projects.
  12. Adhere to all safety protocols and promote a culture of safety within the organization.
  13. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective solutions for mechanical integrity needs.
  14. Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize mechanical equipment performance.
  15. Represent the company in professional organizations and industry conferences to stay informed about best practices and emerging trends.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Mechanical Integrity And Reliability Engineering In A Process Industry

  • Knowledge Of Relevant Codes And Standards Such As Api, Asme, And Ansi

  • Experience With Risk-Based Inspection (Rbi) Methodologies And Asset Management Systems
