  1. Serve as a strategic partner to the plant leadership team, understanding their business goals and objectives and providing HR support to drive business success.
  2. Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent within the Plants division.
  3. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  4. Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters.
  5. Lead and coach managers on employee relations, performance management, and other HR policies and procedures.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement organizational changes and initiatives.
  7. Partner with HR colleagues to ensure consistency and alignment of HR practices across the organization.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends to continuously improve and innovate HR processes.
  9. Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to support business objectives.
  10. Serve as a role model and champion of Cargill's values and code of conduct.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Hr Experience: A Senior Hr Business Partner At Cargill Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Various Hr Roles, Including Experience In Plant Operations And Manufacturing Environments. This Experience Should Include A Strong Understanding Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices.

They Should Be Able To Build Strong Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Industry Knowledge: A Strong Understanding Of The Agriculture And Food Manufacturing Industry Is Essential For The Role Of Senior Hr Business Partner At Cargill.
