- Serve as a strategic partner to the plant leadership team, understanding their business goals and objectives and providing HR support to drive business success.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent within the Plants division.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters.
- Lead and coach managers on employee relations, performance management, and other HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement organizational changes and initiatives.
- Partner with HR colleagues to ensure consistency and alignment of HR practices across the organization.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends to continuously improve and innovate HR processes.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to support business objectives.
- Serve as a role model and champion of Cargill's values and code of conduct.
Extensive Hr Experience: A Senior Hr Business Partner At Cargill Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Various Hr Roles, Including Experience In Plant Operations And Manufacturing Environments. This Experience Should Include A Strong Understanding Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices.
Strong Leadership Skills: The Senior Hr Business Partner Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Hr Professionals. They Should Be Able To Provide Guidance, Mentorship, And Direction To Team Members And Drive Results Through Effective Leadership.
Strategic Thinking: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strategic Mindset And The Ability To Think Critically And Analytically. They Should Be Able To Use Data And Insights To Develop And Implement Hr Strategies That Align With The Overall Goals And Objectives Of The Organization.
