- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with and support the overall business objectives of Cargill.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a variety of HR-related topics, including performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
- Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and proactively identify opportunities to improve employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve processes and policies.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of HR initiatives and programs to support employee development and career growth.
- Conduct training and workshops for managers and employees on HR topics, including diversity and inclusion, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure consistency and alignment of HR practices across the organization.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with Cargill's values and promotes employee well-being.
- Partner with recruitment teams to identify and attract top talent and support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of local employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices.
- Develop and manage relationships with external vendors and partners to support HR initiatives and programs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to managers and employees on all HR-related matters.
- Act as a change agent, promoting and driving a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With At Least 3-5 Years In A Senior-Level Hr Business Partner Role.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Principles And Best Practices, Including Talent Management, Employee Relations, Performance Management, And Compensation And Benefits.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Partnering With Senior Leaders And Driving Hr Initiatives That Support Business Objectives.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships And Influence At All Levels Of The Organization.
