  1. Develop and implement data management strategies and processes for the bioindustrial sector at Cargill.
  2. Lead and oversee all data governance efforts, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and develop solutions to optimize data collection, organization, and utilization.
  4. Establish and maintain data quality standards and protocols to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data.
  5. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve data management and analysis capabilities.
  6. Lead data management projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion within budget.
  7. Train and mentor team members on data management best practices and protocols.

  12. Communicate and present data management strategies and initiatives to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  13. Ensure data security and confidentiality measures are in place and followed.
  14. Foster a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on data management and governance, providing guidance and support to the organization.
