  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
  2. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
  3. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform sourcing strategies.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize procurement needs.
  5. Evaluate supplier performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Manage the entire procurement process, from identifying needs to final contract execution.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  8. Analyze data and utilize metrics to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  9. Develop and maintain a comprehensive contract management system to track contract expirations and renewals.
  10. Train and mentor junior team members on procurement best practices and processes.
  11. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to understand needs and provide updates on procurement activities.
  12. Continuously monitor and assess the supply market to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  13. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or disputes with suppliers.
  14. Stay current on industry trends and advancements in procurement technology to improve processes and drive efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Supply Chain Management, With A Focus On Contract Negotiation And Management.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Supply Chain, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Procurement Practices, Regulations, And Contract Law.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Suppliers And Internal Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Cost Savings And Cost Control In Procurement Activities.
