  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  2. Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts, acting as the main point of contact for all their needs.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the food industry.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
  5. Monitor market trends and customer needs to proactively identify potential challenges and opportunities.
  6. Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  7. Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
  8. Actively seek out and attend industry events to network and promote the company’s food ingredients.
  9. Mentor and guide junior sales team members to support their professional development.
  10. Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s food ingredients portfolio and stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
  11. Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, R&D, and supply chain to ensure customer needs are met.
  12. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  13. Continuously strive to improve processes and strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales And Account Management In The Food Industry

  • Proven Track Record Of Achieving And Exceeding Sales Targets And Growing Key Accounts

  • Strong Knowledge Of Food Ingredients Market Trends And Understanding Of Customer Needs
