1. Provide quality healthcare services to employees on the 2nd shift, ensuring their safety, well-being, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
2. Conduct initial assessments and evaluations of employee health concerns and provide appropriate care and treatment.
3. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized healthcare plans for employees.
4. Administer medications, treatments, and immunizations as prescribed by physicians.
5. Monitor and document employee health status and progress, and report any significant changes to the appropriate parties.
6. Maintain accurate and confidential medical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
7. Educate employees on health and wellness topics and provide resources for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
8. Act as a liaison between employees and healthcare providers, advocating for the best possible care and treatment.
9. Respond to medical emergencies and accidents on the premises, providing rapid and appropriate first aid and follow-up care.
10. Participate in safety and wellness programs and initiatives to promote a healthy and safe work environment.
11. Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee health and safety.
12. Stay up-to-date on current healthcare practices, regulations, and technology to provide the best possible care for employees.
13. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with employees, colleagues, and healthcare providers.
14. Maintain a clean and organized healthcare facility, ensuring all equipment and supplies are well-stocked and in good working condition.
