  1. Oversee distribution operations for regional centers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize distribution processes and minimize costs.
  3. Monitor and analyze distribution data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  4. Lead and motivate a team of distribution staff, providing guidance and support to ensure operational excellence.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, procurement, and logistics, to ensure efficient distribution of goods.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers, to ensure smooth distribution operations.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and federal regulations.
  8. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement team to ensure a steady supply of products.
  9. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and training to team members as needed.
  10. Identify and resolve any distribution-related issues or challenges in a timely and effective manner.
  11. Prepare and present distribution reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in distribution technology to continuously improve processes.
  13. Maintain a safe and organized work environment, promoting a culture of safety and compliance.
  14. Proactively identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Distribution And Logistics Management.
