  1. Oversee and manage the digital supplier network for the designated region.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of products and services.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess supplier performance and resolve any issues or concerns.
  4. Monitor supplier performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in digital solutions to drive innovation and efficiency in the supply chain.
  7. Develop and implement strategies to optimize supplier selection, negotiation, and contracting processes.
  8. Train and mentor team members on supply chain management best practices and procedures.
  9. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure clear expectations and alignment on goals.
  10. Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate any disruptions in the supply chain.
  11. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and drive initiatives to enhance supplier performance and customer satisfaction.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and identify potential new suppliers.
  13. Stay updated on relevant regulations and compliance requirements for the region and ensure suppliers are in compliance.
  14. Provide timely and accurate reports on supplier performance and progress to senior management.
  15. Uphold the company's values and promote a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business, Supply Chain Management, Or Digital Technology.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role Within A Supply Chain Or Digital Technology Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Digital Supply Chain Processes And Technologies, Including Erp Systems, Data Analytics, And E-Commerce Platforms.

  • Proven Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Experience Working In A Global, Cross-Functional Team And The Ability To Navigate And Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
