Provide technical expertise: As the Regional Application Engineering Leader for Dielectric Fluids, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to the team in the Americas region. This includes staying up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in dielectric fluids and their applications.
  2. Lead and manage the team: You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers and specialists in the Americas region. This includes setting goals, providing feedback, and ensuring the team is working efficiently and effectively.
