- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and processes to ensure the highest level of quality in food production.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to quality standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of production processes and products to identify potential quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related problems.
- Train and supervise quality control technicians and other staff members.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of quality control activities.
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to quality issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to food quality.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance quality processes.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards are met.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with food safety and quality regulations.
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure quality is maintained throughout the production process.
- Provide support and guidance to other departments on quality related matters.
Extensive Experience In Quality Assurance: The Ideal Candidate For A Quality Assurance Supervisor Role At Cargill Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Quality Assurance Or Quality Control Role In A Food Manufacturing Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Quality Standards And Regulations: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Quality Standards And Regulations, Such As Iso, Haccp, And Fda Regulations. This Knowledge Is Essential In Ensuring That Cargill's Products Meet All Quality And Safety Requirements.
Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Quality Assurance Supervisor, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Quality Assurance Technicians. Therefore, Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills Are Crucial For This Role.
