Production Supervisor

This position will be responsible for the solar ponds, associated personnel and assets as well as other assignments in the solar area, including RE (reliability excellence) and documentation of current and future processes. Manage, track, and provide feedback on personnel performance within the department. Work with other departmental managers to ensure work standards, knowledge, and behavioral standards are where they need to be within the department. Ensure that health and safety, food safety, and environmental compliance goals and standards are being achieved. Focus on site needs. Participate in on-site peer group team to ensure that adequate communications take place and consistency exists between departments.
