  1. Develop and maintain production schedules in accordance with customer demand, inventory levels, and production capacity.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and procurement, to ensure timely and accurate production plans.
  3. Continuously monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process optimization.
  4. Proactively communicate any potential production delays or issues to relevant stakeholders and work to find solutions.
  5. Utilize production planning software and tools to create and adjust production schedules.
  6. Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
  7. Conduct regular reviews of production processes and procedures to identify and implement efficiency improvements.
  8. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and ingredients for production.
  9. Maintain accurate records and documentation of production schedules, inventory levels, and production metrics.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to inform production scheduling decisions and identify potential risks or opportunities.
  11. Train and mentor junior production scheduling team members.
  12. Adhere to all safety and quality standards in the production process.
  13. Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on production schedules and progress.
  14. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure production scheduling systems are functioning effectively.
  15. Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide production planning strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • 3-5 Years Of Experience In Production Scheduling In A Manufacturing Or Production Environment.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Create And Maintain Complex Production Schedules.

  • Knowledge Of Production Planning And Scheduling Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle, And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel.
