- Develop and drive the product strategy and vision for time and pay management, in line with the overall company objectives and customer needs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends, and use insights to continuously improve the product.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and customer support, to ensure products are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Lead the product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring that all milestones are met and risks are identified and mitigated.
- Conduct competitive analysis to understand industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other teams, including customer support and training, to ensure a smooth product rollout and adoption.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, including usage metrics, customer feedback, and market trends, and use insights to inform future product development and enhancements.
- Manage the product roadmap and prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices related to time and pay management, and use this knowledge to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge for the product.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build partnerships and leverage opportunities for growth and expansion in the time and pay management market.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and workflows related to product management, to ensure efficiency, scalability, and quality.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Food Or Agriculture Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Market Trends, Customer Needs, And Competitive Landscape In The Time And Pay Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Products From Ideation To Commercialization.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Present To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
