Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Or Related Field.
3+ Years Of Experience In Product And Process Development Within The Food Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Food Processing And Manufacturing Techniques.
Experience With Project Management, Including Developing Timelines, Managing Budgets, And Coordinating Cross-Functional Teams.
Knowledge Of Food Safety And Regulatory Requirements, Including Fda And Usda Guidelines.
