  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
  4. Conduct research and experiments to develop new products and optimize processes.
  5. Analyze data and results to make recommendations for product and process improvements.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to identify potential opportunities for growth.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and external partners to enhance product and process development.
  8. Ensure that all products and processes adhere to quality and safety standards.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to product and process development.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and seek input.
  11. Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in product and process development.
  12. Participate in project planning and budgeting to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
  13. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of research, experiments, and results.
  14. Proactively identify and address potential risks or roadblocks in product and process development.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • 3+ Years Of Experience In Product And Process Development Within The Food Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Food Processing And Manufacturing Techniques.

  • Experience With Project Management, Including Developing Timelines, Managing Budgets, And Coordinating Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Knowledge Of Food Safety And Regulatory Requirements, Including Fda And Usda Guidelines.
