  1. Manage the end-to-end payment process for suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient payment processing.
  3. Identify and resolve any payment discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  5. Review and analyze payment data to identify any potential areas for process improvement.
  6. Work closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  7. Maintain accurate records and documentation of payment processes.
  8. Communicate with suppliers regarding payment status and resolve any inquiries or concerns.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices related to payment processing.
  10. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve overall payment processes.
  11. Train and mentor new team members on payment processes and procedures.
  12. Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements for the payment process to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  13. Monitor and track payment metrics to ensure targets are met.
  14. Stay organized and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and manage a high volume of payments.
  15. Proactively identify and escalate any potential risks or issues related to payment processing.

Job Qualifications
